What is your favorite weekly split? What do you find works best for you along with the sets/reps/volume?

At the moment a push and pull split. 4 days on 3 days off eg. Day on day off day on day off, Day1 Upper Body Push Day2 Offf Day3 Legs push Day 4 Off Day5 upper pull day 6 off day 7 legs pull Using this type of training to allow for more recovery, there is no one muscle group being isolated for an entire training session, so I am allowing myself to recover and rest before I begin prep for October, once prep begins it will be a 5 day split again ie. Chest, shoulders legs back arms. Different things work for different people though but it is no harm in trying out things either you only get better by experience. But I also think in regards to training if something works for you then stick with it (if it ain't broke don't fix it) but its never a bad idea to change things up when you feel you've hit a wall or plateaued.

Well!! The big man has me doing Mon - Delts and biceps Tues - Legs Wed - Chest Thurs - Back Fri - Chest triceps Sat - Legs Sun - Rest Id be hiiting chest twice, with a lighter and more a pump day, and then Friday is usually heavy, as its a week point for me, then legs twice a week, once again to bring them up, the other parts, back, arms, traps, etc seem be growing with once a week its pretty enjoyable. Id follow a plan as he said, if it works, maybe change it up after a 3 month period or so.
