at mea1 1, which is awlays 200g fillet steak 2 eggs with omega 100gram spinach and roughly 30gram of nuts a handful anyways I amnt to fussy with that, then ideally I get one more meal in usally 200grams of salmon and 100g spinach and then il try train 90 minutes later most days! Carb intake for me starts intra workout 70grams of vitargo with some extend and glutamine postworkout il take full advantage of my anabolic window have 60g of whey isolate and 70grams of vitargo 10g of creatine an glutamine, hour later usually 100grams of rice or 400grams of sweet potato and 200gchicken my next meal wil be 100gram of oats 200g chicken or turkey, whne its the off season I like to have my last meal 2 scdoops of isolate and 100grams of greek yogurt but depending on weather I am dieting or restricting carbs maybe this last meal could be a high protein fat meal instead before bed. I think theres a few guidelines I stick to, number 1: keeping my carb intake placed where they best serve a purpose always whatever my goals are number 2 : keeping fats intake low postworkout try to get majority of them in, in AM where they give me most energy and are going to serve purpose so il try avoid consuming them til about 2 meals after (4-6 hours) number 3: Eat to recover and promote muscle growth, I like to think I train pretty hard so I need to eat enough food to ensure recovery. you should have 1 main goal each time you train, train to damage as much muscle fibre as you can then give yourself optimum chance to recover and grow the muscle by eating plenty of good food and enough carbs to help you recover. Il start dieting pretty early for the October shows to give myself plenty of time and not have to go to drastic measures to get in shape and be at risk of losing muscles I have worked hard to get! I wil enjoy every second of this prep even if you see me in the corner crying cuz im an emotional git a few weeks out don't mind that deep down im loving it
